SIS Bank Deputy BSA/Security Officer, Kimberly Page (right) was selected as the most recent employee for the Bank’s Employee Donation Program. Page selected the Colorectal Cancer Alliance in memory of Bank employee, Laura Toth, who recently passed away after her battle with the disease (a photo of Laura is included with the check presentation).
SIS is honored to announce that its most recent $500 gift (as part of the Bank’s monthly Employee Donation Program) has been given to nonprofit Colorectal Cancer Alliance. Kimberly Page is the 36th employee to have the honor of naming an organization for the donation program.
The Colorectal Cancer Alliance was established to support patients, fighters and champions of colorectal cancer. The Alliance works with these individuals to empower action within the community to push for better policies on cancer treatment as well as to support research, education and awareness of colorectal cancer for all those touched by this disease. The Alliance’s approach centers around the power of working with passionate and informed individuals to advocate for research to lead to a cure.
Kimberly, Deputy BSA/Security Officer of SIS Bank, selected the Colorectal Cancer Alliance in memory of our dear friend and employee of 30 years, Laura Toth, who passed away from colorectal cancer on Friday, February 22.
“Kimberly, you have touched our hearts and our souls with your donation in memory of Laura,” says SIS Bank President & CEO Blaine Boudreau. “Thank you for kicking off our third year of this monthly employee donation program with such a meaningful organization.”
